About the Recipe
This is my favourite smoothie that can be drunk at any time of the day. Well, it’s a nutritious protein bomb with some chocolate magic in it.
Equipment: blender
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 orange, peeled
50g cashews
2-3 tbsp. raw chocolate powder5 pitted dates
500 ml water

Preparation
1. Soak the cashews in boiling water for 15 min.
2. Drain the cashews and together with all other ingredients add to a food processor. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until completely smooth.
