About the Recipe
The very first time I came across fennel was in my childhood when I was made to drink fennel tea to relieve my baby colic. Obviously, I didn’t really like it then.
But tastes change and I now get to appreciate its refreshing liquorice flavour. And yes, it still works very well for digestion! 😉
Equipment: juice maker
Ingredients
2 bulbs of fennel
6 apples
4 stalks of celery
A thumb size piece of ginger

Preparation
Put all the ingredients through a juice maker, give it a quick stir with a spoon and enjoy immediately.
